3. Client Conduct
As a client purchasing our Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service solely for lawful business purposes;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information—including customer contact details—to enable us to deliver the Service effectively; and
- Not take any actions that could disrupt or impair the performance or security of our Service.
4. Subscription & Payment
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@reviewthread.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable. All payments are final. We do not issue refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused services, or cancellations made mid-cycle.
- We reserve the right to change your subscription, including pricing and billing dates. If we make any changes, we’ll notify you by email before the new charge takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
5. Business Information
To provide our Service, we require business details—including customer contact information. By providing this data, you authorize us to use it solely for delivering our Service. We will handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website is owned by ReviewThread and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our permission.
7. Copyright Complaints

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewThread harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service or any breach of these Terms.
12. Information Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data. If your business is a Covered Entity under HIPAA/HITECH—that is, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act—you agree to the terms of our Business Associate Agreement, available at https://reviewthread.com/hipaa/.
13. Termination
- You may cancel your subscription as described in Section 4.
- We may terminate your access to the Service for cause (e.g., breach of these Terms or non-payment). In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
14. Notices
All notices or communications required or permitted under these Terms will be sent via email to the address provided on your account. Notices are deemed effective upon transmission.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be posted on our website or sent via email. Your continued use of our Service indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
